They even tried to tell me I have to get the Maverick ceramic coated for $2000.I blew a gasket and the dealer backed down. Even then the dealer tried to put on add-ons that I didn't want at a 200% increase from what they normally sell for. I was lucky and was able to buy mine on the Z Plan. The more they tell people none are available, the more people want them and are willing to pay over msrp. by design.take orders then don't build them. I don't begrudge any business making money but some dealers have taken it to the "nth" degree and are just screwing the customer because this vehicle is a hot commodity. ![]() I have seen the soft roll up tonneau marked up to 800 and the safety market spray on bed liner up to 850.both items doubled from normal list prices so the dealer could make even more money. Would be interesting to see what the 4.5K adds on were.chances are the doubled the price of all dealer add ons.
